Amazing Birthday strikes again! I have been hesitant to use this set, its got a lot of pieces, kind of busy... but the cards I've seen are sooooo cute! And you can make cupcake toppers, gift bag tags, and its neutral so you can use it for guys or gals... Whats NOT to like?!?
So here I tried it with this layout I've been adoring on Pinterest for a while:

I used a Crushed Curry card base, and cut out about 20 pieces of Confetti Celebration Designer Series Paper with the Banner Punch.
The Amazing Birthday Stamp was inked in Crushed Curry, then I colored in the 'Today Ridiculously' with my Tangerine Tango Marker, huffed on it and stamped. Then I stamped it again on another paper with Bermuda Bay and fussy cut the Make and Amazing pieces out. I laid everything out and glued the top and bottom banner down, then added the other banners between them. I used the Stampin' Dimensionals to pop up the Whisper White layer, and unraveled a bit of the trim and tied it around my long piece of trim. Its pretty festive, right?!? It makes me smile just looking at it.
